Major Gifts Powering the 2026-27 Scholarship Program

The Goldie Initiative is able to expand our impact and overall programming offered through partnerships with several organizations and individuals that support scholarship partnerships.

Named Scholarships:

The Debbie Frank Legacy Fund has named Priscilla Gil, a student at Northwestern University, the Debbie Frank Legacy Fund/CREW Chicago Goldie Scholar for 2026-27. Debbie Frank, who passed away in 2020, was a respected and accomplished leader in Chicago’s commercial real estate community and was deeply committed to advancing opportunities for women in the industry.

The Sue Ling Gin Foundation Trust has named Tiffany Kim, a student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), as the Sue Ling Gin Foundation Trust Goldie Scholar for 2026-27. The Sue Ling Gin Foundation Trust was established to honor the legacy of entrepreneur and philanthropist Sue Ling Gin by supporting communities and creating meaningful opportunities for individuals and families, including women pursuing careers in commercial real estate.

We are so grateful to the additional organizations and individuals that have supported The Goldie Initiative with scholarship-specific gifts in anticipation of the 2026-27 Goldie Scholar cohort. A major gift to The Goldie Initiative is more than philanthropy – it is a strategic investment in the future leadership of the industry. When you support a Goldie Scholar you are directly fueling her journey to executive leadership. Following is a list of additional donors supporting the organization through scholarship-specific major gifts.
